For that reason and as a part of our 100% satisfaction or money back guarantee, At Native American Jewelry if you don't like what you purchased, PLEASE NOTIFY US and then simply mail it back WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING IT. You will be refunded for the full purchase amount (not including shipping fees). Postage cost for mailing the item or items back to us is to be paid by the buyer. Returns will not be accepted if the item or items have been damaged, modified, or altered in any way. Items must be in original condition without any sizing or changes.

Once the returned item or items have been received, it can take up to 72 hours to be processed by our Returns Department.

 

Holiday Season Return Policy:

To make it easier on Holiday buyers, we extend our return policy for items purchased between November 27th through December 25th. Items purchased during that time frame can be returned outside of our 30 day return policy for EXCHANGE ONLY until January 5th. No Exceptions.
