DESCRIPTION:

Looking at such beauty tells the capabilities of Native American art! This piece of Native American jewelry is Navajo hand crafted by artist Felix Perry, out of genuine sterling silver and a man made Opal. The ring has ONE stone that is gently set in a hand cut shadow box bezel setting, while stamped designs can be seen accenting the ring for an elegant finish. The ring is stamped sterling and is hallmarked.

Most people know Opal for its distinctive play of color, it is a semi-transparent solidified mineral composed of silicon and water, and it gets its name from the Latin word "Oplus" meaning precious stone. Opal is the birthstone for October. It is believed to release self-consciousness allowing spontaneous action, and awakens psychic and mystical qualities.
