This is a very exquisite necklace that must not be overlooked! This piece of Native American jewelry is Navajo hand crafted, by artist Rita Largo, out of genuine sterling silver and a man made Opal stone. The chain necklace has a center pendant made of TWO opal stones. The stones are delicately placed in hand cut bezel settings, while imprinted silver designs and mini silver beads can be seen highlighting the stones for an magnificent look. The necklace is stamped .925 (sterling) and hallmarked.

Most people know Opal for its distinctive play of color, it is a semi-transparent solidified mineral composed of silicon and water, and it gets its name from the Latin word "Oplus" meaning precious stone. Opal is birthstone of October. It is believed to release self-consciousness allowing spontaneous action, and awakens psychic and mystical qualities.

    Baby Bracelet
Posted by Ginger W. | Reviewing NativeAmericanJewelry.com | Posted on
The bracelet is stunning! My daughter wanted to get it as a shower gift for her sister's baby. My daughter has a jewelry set handmade by Indians that my grandfather gave her. So, that is where her idea came from.
