DESCRIPTION:

This piece of Native American jewelry is Navajo hand crafted, by artist Martinez, out of genuine sterling silver and a real Turquoise stone. The stone is carefully placed in a hand cut bezel setting, while being highlighted with silver imprinted designs for a dazzling finish. The pendant is stamped sterling and hallmarked.

Turquoise is the birthstone of December. It is believed that turquoise tends to bring good fortune, strength and helps overcome illness. Turquoise got its name from the Levantine traders called Turks who brought the stone to Europe from Persia via Turkey centuries ago. Native Americans have prized turquoise since the time of the Aztecs, who mined it in New Mexico. The natural variations that occur in turquoise are part of its appeal and beauty.

What a xmas present

“ On the 17th of December I ordered two necklaces from Native American Jewelry. The following Thursday I received both necklaces in the mail. When I opened them they were individually packed in a secure packing box. Before I left my mail box I opened the box and took out each necklaces. I found each of them were lovely and well worth the money I paid for them. On the night before Christmas I secured each necklaces in the limbs of our Christmas Tree. On Christmas morning I told my wife some of her gifts were in the tree. After searching for several minutes she found each of the necklaces, opened the presence and fell in love with them. I'm looking forward to buying more from Native American Jewelry. ”
